1. About Gallerivm

Gallerivm is an online store specialising in high-quality print-on-demand reproductions of historical artworks and classical paintings. All artworks sold on Gallerivm are reproductions of works in the public domain. We do not claim copyright ownership of the original artworks.

2. Products & Orders

All prints are produced on demand upon receipt of your order. Product images on our website are as accurate as possible, however colours may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration and the materials used in printing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout.

4. Intellectual Property

The Gallerivm brand, logo, website design, and all original content (descriptions, photography, layouts) are the intellectual property of Gallerivm and may not be reproduced without written permission. The artworks reproduced in our prints are in the public domain. Purchases are for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gallerivm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your most recent order. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our products for any particular purpose beyond their described use as decorative art prints.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and the European Union. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
