Every Gallerivm print is produced to order using archival-quality materials. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Production Time

Because each piece is printed on demand especially for you, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our production facility.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Europe: 3–7 business days
• United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
• United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand. Gallerivm is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.

Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in the quality of every print we produce. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@gallerivm.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Because each print is produced on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defect. We encourage you to review the product dimensions carefully before purchasing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where possible, arrange a replacement.
