Since every print is made to order after purchase, standard timelines are:
- Production: 2–3 business days
- Shipping within the EU: 2–4 business days
- Shipping across Europe: 3–7 business days
- Estimated total: 5–10 business days from order confirmation
Packaging
Every canvas is packed with protective materials designed specifically for artwork, to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. The packaging is designed to protect the canvas in transit while reducing environmental impact.
Return policy
We believe in the quality of our products. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer:
- 30 days from receipt to request a return
- Full refund, replacement or store credit — your choice

Please note: Made-to-order prints cannot be returned for a simple change of mind, but we guarantee full satisfaction on quality. If your item arrives damaged or doesn't match what you ordered, replacement or refund is guaranteed at no extra cost.
